We are able to arrange finance for a multitude of assets. Utilising the sale and lease back of unencumbered assets can be an elegant method of raising working capital.

We have direct brokerage arrangements with a number of top UK based specialist peer-to-peer lenders. We can facilitate unsecured commercial loans up to £500,000 with just a personal guarantee.
